This is typical of Rio Grande do Sul, that shithole with incompetent people that can't provide adequate infrastructure to avoid such kind of disaster. The three states of southern Brazil, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, and Paraná, are three shitholes full of incompetent people. In Santa Catarina, the criminals even burn buses in retaliation against the police. At least there is something good in this news: 245 "sulistas" are now dead, and this AWESOME! I hope some day those bastards are expelled from Brasil, and join Argentina. And then a new Falklands War begins, and the United Kingdom NUKE that shithole.  No comment on your lack of empathy. However you made me curious about the obviously tense situation you express so strongly. May I ask, what is "sulistas"? What is the history regarding Argentina and Brazil that you talk about?
