Sooooo what is your explanation on how all of our body systems (which all work wonderfully together) came to be? Just a random ass explosion put all those healthy bacteria in your stomach and put acid makers in there and tubes and a blood system and all that jazz. It still amazes me that people still think this all just happened out of nothing. It makes no sense.
