where the truth is absolute there is no digestive system active. But we live in teh relative world where all is relative. Evil and good, up and down, love and hate etc.
We are forced into a body it is true. But in the full sense we are still free. If we desire really really sincerely we can live the body and go home. There is no need for suicide, only those who run from themselves suicide.
