Actually 6 were shot dead and 1 stabbed. A violent Saturday leaves 7 deadFour shootings -- two of them double homicides -- and a stabbing left 7 people dead Saturday, authorities said. In what appeared to be the last homicide of the day, a 32-year-old man was fatally stabbed about 11:50 p.m. in the South Shore neighborhood on the South Side, police said.
