LUKE 15

The Parable of the Lost Son

11 Jesus continued: “There was a man who had two sons. 12 The younger one said to his father, ‘Father, give me my share of the estate.’ So he divided his property between them.

13 “Not long after that, the younger son got together all he had, set off for a distant country and there squandered his wealth in wild living. 14 After he had spent everything, there was a severe famine in that whole country, and he began to be in need. 15 So he went and hired himself out to a citizen of that country, who sent him to his fields to feed pigs. 16 He longed to fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating, but no one gave him anything.

17 “When he came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have food to spare, and here I am starving to death! 18 I will set out and go back to my father and say to him: Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. 19 I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me like one of your hired servants.’ 20 So he got up and went to his father.

“But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.

21 “The son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’

22 “But the father said to his servants, ‘Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. 23 Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let’s have a feast and celebrate. 24 For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ So they began to celebrate.

25 “Meanwhile, the older son was in the field. When he came near the house, he heard music and dancing. 26 So he called one of the servants and asked him what was going on. 27 ‘Your brother has come,’ he replied, ‘and your father has killed the fattened calf because he has him back safe and sound.’

28 “The older brother became angry and refused to go in. So his father went out and pleaded with him. 29 But he answered his father, ‘Look! All these years I’ve been slaving for you and never disobeyed your orders. Yet you never gave me even a young goat so I could celebrate with my friends. 30 But when this son of yours who has squandered your property with prostitutes comes home, you kill the fattened calf for him!’

31 “‘My son,’ the father said, ‘you are always with me, and everything I have is yours. 32 But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’”

I left long ago and I'm glad I did. Christianity's narrow concept of "God" and Man's relationship is something you eventually have to grow out of. I couldn't go back even if I wanted to.

When you said that you simply want to be yourself, then you are assuming all the faults that you have as permanent and unchanging. You keep yourself from shedding your sins, because you feel there is no hope. There is ALWAYS hope in our Father's love and forgiveness.

You can always go back, but do not assume that this experience will be the same as the last one. You have changed, you have grown, and you are not the same person you were all those years ago. Try to see past any misinterpretations or misunderstandings you may have had in the past, and simply open your heart to your Father's love.

I love this parable - it is such a beautiful understanding of a Father's love, and it shows us what is possible if we simply come back to our Father :-)

It is not what we are told to fear that we should fear! it is our own inability to question things and question ourselves.

If you believe in the one true God, you'll get closer to him by following Isa/Yeshua/Jesus' own teachings and practices rather than the phony idolatrous practices and teachings of those that began to worship him as God centuries after his ascension into Paradise with God.

Jesus is still waiting for you.
If you repent and turn to Him,
He will NOT turn you away.

Only the brain dead cannot see how their lives lead to ruin if they do not follow simple laws God gave to follow. Face it, it is easily observable in your own life as well as society as a whole.

God also gave us the heart to feel and the mind to reason with our intellect. Consider those two abilities as the two witnesses for any decision making process in your life. One without the other is subject to deceit. Those that operate predominantly on the intellectual level are prone to ego illusions and eventual insanity (why so many psychopaths in powerful positions) whereas the heart based love and light folks tend to get suckered by every feel good avenue that lead to numerous false bliss paths (why so many new agers buy into new spin philosophies). Bottom line, your connection to the Holy Spirit will not work until you have these two abilities synched in balance. Only then will you be given eyes to operate on a level that God intended for you.

There is no just thing as sin. There is only experience. God broken it self into the many so it could experience. There is no just thing as a good or a bad experience. We will live all roles. We will be the murderer, the priest, the rapist, a king, a peasant, rich, poor ect. We will live every aspect of creation and our souls will come the realization why its better to be friend than to hurt others, why its better to give than to steal, why its better to love than hate. Our soul learns this through experience. There is no just thing as sin, but there are experiences we may not want to experience again. The way this system works is, you get what you put into it. You are not punished for your sins, you will just experience what you created your self.

This is a giant game for god to play, its mental masturbation. When ur up, down, left, right, love, hate all at once, you cant experience. Thus god breaks into the many so we can be JUST left, or just right, or just love or just hate. This way we can experience creation and the game continues.

Jesus was born jesus, he became jesus the christ. Christ is a consciousness. We all have the ability and potential to reach it. Christ never asked for our worship, but gave us a road map on how to become christ like. The problem I have with Christianity and religion is they take this aspect away from you. They make you think that you need to be saved by jesus instead of becoming jesus yourself. Jesus died because he became self realized, realized that he was God, that we all are, and went around saying it. I believe that if you do this even today you will be killed. If a true self realized soul went around and screamed that we are all god and showed how to do it, you can be sure he or she will be killed.

You have never to learn, but everything to remember. You don't have to be saved, no repent. All you need to do is remember who you truly are....

He was a man of no sin, that became sin when he took upon the sins of the world, "lord why have you forsaken me". God left him when he took the burden of the worlds sin, he died with our sins, forgave them, and came back to life.

Jesus is the incarnate WORD of God, the third person
in the Holy Trinity. He is God from all eternity and
created Heaven and Earth and all that IS.
Heaven itself, the physical universe, LIFE ITSELF,
the ANGELS, MAN, EVERYTHING!

There is NO WAY to come to the Father, but by the Son,
Jesus, the only mediator between God and man.

Come to Him, and He will in no way, turn you out.

Let's stop playing games. Bring it. How could we not want to go home to a place of beautiful love. We have been waiting. Come and get us, PLEASE!!

Yes, Jesus did say narrow is the path. Isn't a good thing to have a well defined narrow path to God. That path is threw Jesus Christ. There may be other ways to God but there's only one way into his kingdom and that is being washed from your sins by the blood of the sacrafice.

You raise a very important aspect that is at the pinnacle for the Gnostics, AKA 'the guardians of the secrets of the ages', and that is reverse engineering God's immaculate coding of creation, when our Creator coded life on Earth.

The gnostic epitome is to know God's creation code, and to emulate God's immaculate engineering.

This is what always happens, and has happened before with gnostics, they arrive at this point where the guardians are close to hacking God's code, and then they get stopped and annihilated.

Yes there are those that do it for control and destruction purposes. But it does not mean that the whole concept is automaticly wrong.

The sad thing is, you can tell you have never actually been in the presence of god or been self realized your self. If you think god every judged you, or that you ever did anything wrong in its eyes, than its clear you have never even been in its presence. At my moment of self realization 10 years ago, when I met the creator. I cried for hours after because I realized for the first time in my life I just felt love. I thought I knew what love was, I loved my parents, my gf, my family, but at that second when I was confronted with its presence, I realized I had never felt true love before. I cried like a baby for hours. It was amazing to feel it, but such a sad realization to realize we dont even express true love here even in what we call its purest form.

If you think God thinks you need to wash away any sins, or that you need a savior to do it for you, is clear you have never been in the presence of the divine nor understand it.

You put far too much importance on your flesh, and not nearly enough attention is left for your spirit. Do not be mistaken - there is right and wrong, good and evil in this world. One of satan's greatest tricks was to convince us that individual perceptions are more important than following God's Law.

My friend, do not confuse the love and mercy you felt that day with indifference to sin. I do not doubt for one second the validity of the experience you felt, because the way you describe it cannot possibly be duplicated. You felt God's love for you, and I am so happy for you to have experienced that. What I would ask you to consider is that you only felt this after you experienced the anguish and torment of repentance. You approached God with a pure and contrite heart, asking for forgiveness, and it was given to you. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful experience with us :-)
