Thanks for the "before" pic and the history lesson.

Here's the problem I have with this flyover.
The camera is being very selective with the tight angles.
In order to form an opinion of this situation, I would need
to see where this extends to, where the high ground boundaries remain, and how close this is to any known
landmarks or cities.

Also, what other areas are experiencing high water in the area or salt water aquifers coming in underground.
