Would've already been a hobby of any prepper militia I'm sure but, only problem is the most effect radar jammers or simple aircraft alarms using radar, give off it's own radar signature which technically is an unlicensed device(federal offense) that will lead to men in suits knocking on your door with guns and cuffs shortly after they triangulate your position from your testing of the build.
