Absolutely, to be honest this infringement should have people marching in anger with pitch forks, but the distractions in modern society have been very effective, just as they were designed to be.

Watching this makes me feel like we don't even know what world we live in. Reality is not what we think it is. We are ants in the ant farm and don't realize it. Like even those of us who think we are "awake" don't realize how little freedom there really is, how privacy is a thing of the past and will never exist again.
