It is part of the mechanism for the reproduction of the plants.
The seeds are encased in what animals eat. All fruit eating animals,not just humans.
Birds eat fruit and carry the seeds across the land to be deposited elsewhere.
The actual "sexual organs" used for reproduction are the seeds.

You, as well as other animals are being "pimped" by the plants.
The plants are using you to procreate and to expand the area that they inhabit.

Yes, it is much better to eat higher up on the food chain so you can take in much more toxicity.

The lower on the food chain you eat, the less likelihood of toxicity and all the problems that go along with it.

Look at it this way, the closer you eat to the sun, the better you will feel and the better your body will function.

Fruits and vegetables and greens are closer to the sun and lighter and contain more nutrients as they have not been lost.

Just try eating raw for a few weeks and see the high you get from it. Better than any drug. Better than hours and hours of meditation.

Each time you eat slaughtered meat, you take on those fear hormones that are produced right before slaughter. That energy is passed into the being that eats it.

You literally become what you eat consciously as everything takes on the energy it consumes.
