Its a fixed charge, so no matter how much the item would have cost this is how much you pay.

What bubbles are left that the elite can actively game and make obscene profits leaving the inevitable devastation for society to pay? Obviously one such bubble are the boomers, they will need medical care, and increasingly medications are offered in lieu of any genuine care/knowledge of treatment.

Big pharma is getting bigger and cost controls are coming, i.e. monopolies allowing for cost scalping. Is there any more obvious reason for .gov wanting to control the internet and an individuals ability to circumnavigate traditional channels to obtain medication they may need or want?

It all about control, monopolies and ever increasing leverage/price inflation.

In addition to unbiased information, they don't want YOU to be able to get affordable or even cheaper drugs via on line sources.

Most existing insurance plans don't pay 100% of prescriptions. I've never been on a plan that pays 100% of anything.

I just read the post about aiming not to be on prescription medications. How do I maintain my transplanted kidney (due to genetic kidney disease, not alcohol or drugs,) without my anti-rejection medications? Huh? I worked and paid taxes in this country (also working for the US Government, Postal Service many years.) I guess it's good-bye Grandma, right? I had my 61st birthday less than a month ago..I'm expendable, right?

Good news in my opinion. Get people off these dangerous drugs, seek natural remedies. Nature offers us the way to restore balance in ways these chemical cannot. I am so disgusted with the health system and the pushing of pharaceutical drugs, so perhaps something good might come out of their greed.
