Is it wrong not to give a fuck about all this ?

These riots have been happening for like what? 3 years, and every time deaths occur, then people get pissed off then they gather every now and then to protest then a few more die, then they get even more pissed off, and most stop working or do their jobs carelessly then local news programs keep saying that the situation is dead serious and that this needs to stop. It is like a cycle, and it has been the same for the last 3 years.

Hey Egyptian gay man, can I ask you a question:

1) the whole (post-Pharaoh, Arab, ridiculous-looking) 'Egypt' thing --- just what IS it all about, anyway?

2) when is the Arab Entity currently occupying the historical, real, pyramid-building ancient Egypt... gonna dissolve and turn the country over to its rightful owners/inheritor, the Copts? Soon? Very soon? Not soon enough?

Thanks in advance?

The Right Policy is Always Conservative

"The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their President." - Vaclav Klaus

This tells a different tale:

Morsi orders governors to ease curfew – report

Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi has told provincial governors to ease or annul emergency procedures following the declaration of a state of emergency on Sunday, Al Arabiya reports. Egypt has seen at least 56 deaths in the past week as violent protests erupted in three major cities: Port Said, Ismailia and Suez. The Islamist President responded by declaring a state of emergency in the cities, and imposing a 9:00pm curfew for residents.

Order will prevail, it's just hype...

As is their intent (I believe).

Maybe we can all join forces one day soon to fully eliminate this evil that permeates humanity today, but unfortunately I think it will take time and very much effort (and pain) before we arrive. That said, MANY are awakening to the reality of our time here on this planet almost daily in all countries throughout the world (which is why the "evil" among us are ratcheting up their agenda at an exponential pace). That said, I firmly believe this to be the moment in our history that so many have prophesied about. My mind and soul tells me that we actually win this time, but not without great sacrifice first.

Good luck to you.
Within the surreal depths of "reality" lies the truth.

While I pity them for what they are enduring now - do not forget that they elected the Muzzie sucking bastard! They chose an "Islamic religious leader" of a democratic one. They wanted their stinking "Sharia" laws as the law of the land. Well, it seems they got what they asked for and now they find they don't like it much!

The Muzzies seem to have been brainwashed into believing that somehow they will be closer to Allah or Mohamed if they crank their laws and justice system back to the 15th or 14th century. When you try to impose such madness on a society that has tasted freedom and lived in the 20th/21st centuries - the result you get is repression at first, then murders of opposing views, then your government is taken over by a few "religious nutcases" who act as supreme court, Archbishops, and Cardinals all rolled into one. Their legal system supports floggings, cutting off of limbs, torture of various types, surgically altering (without anesthetic!) of young girls vaginas to insure they will ever be able to feel sexual arousal and/or pleasure.

Personally, I suspect that Mohamed was possessed by demons of one sort or another and was thus inspired to author their "Koran". The "god" the Muslims worship - regardless of what they may call him, IS NOT THE GOD OF ABRAHAM, ISAAC, and JACOB. HE IS NOT THE FATHER AND CREATOR OF THIS UNIVERSE AND HE IS NOT THE FATHER OF JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD AND SAVIOR!

The Muzzies are taught that their DUTY TO their god is to kill all non-believers! They are pledged to the utter destruction of western society in any form. Theirs is a very dangerous political, legal, and banking system, that wears the masque of a religion and has thus seduced many innocents into their ranks out of ignorance and fear. Once indoctrinated as a Muslim, there is no leaving. To convert to any other religion means death. You own family is supposed to kill you under those circumstances - to "preserve the family honor". And many of them will do just that!

I had a friend who was the Station Manager at Cairo Airport for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines for many years. His daughters grew up in Egypt and although they were Christian by religion and Dutch by citizenship, both of his children were threatened with mutilation, cuttings, blinding, and worse, if they didn't "convert" to the Muzzie religion! Of course he had his children in a private school. When that happened KLM moved him and his family to a private, gate-guarded, ex-pat only compound outside of Cairo and his children were then sent to the American School that was founded in Cairo and given land on the compound where they lived. For four or five years they lived in a country, yet they did not go outside their compound except under guards in motorcade style, to get to and from the Airport when they left Egypt to shop, or visit friends.

They had household help that did their local shopping, prepared food, etc. His wife was a beautiful blond tall well-built dutch girl - and she could nearly cause a riot walking down the street in Cairo - and she could only dare do so with security guards with her - for things like a doctor or dentist appointment. Otherwise they did NOT leave their "compound" house where they lived in luxury behind high fences, barbed wire, and almost prison-like security round the clock!

KLM paid the guy a bloody fortune to offset the horrible living conditions his family had to endure. Even though their home in Egypt on the compound was very luxurious by Western standards, the isolation, not daring to go our shopping in the local stores and marketplaces for fear of kidnapping or worse, etc. Those were the conditions this family endured while in Egypt. And mind you, they were in Cairo - supposedly a cosmopolitan city!

Eventually his contract for five years was up and he refused to renew it as was his right under Netherlands labor laws. So then he moved his family back to The Netherlands, and he made one final trip back to Cairo to arrange/finalize the sale of their home in the compound. While he was scheduled to be there for two days only, he "disappeared" and no one could find him. The police and KLM security searched for him for weeks. He just vanished into thin air so it seemed. The family was frantic. They did not dare go back to Egypt fearing a political kidnapping- yet there was no ransom demand made. Everyone was stymied and no one knew what fate had befallen him...

Then when the new buyers were moving into the house that was formerly his family home in Egypt - his body was found, cut into pieces, and wrapped in butcher paper and plastic, and neatly stacked in the chest freezer in the laundry room of the house. The freezer was running, and locked and the key was missing. The lock was forced open by the new owners son-in-law because they wanted to use the freezer.

Later the family told me that the police in Egypt figured out that their father had been murdered by a couple of employees that worked for him at KLM and who he trusted. Their "motivation"? To punish him for failing to convert to Islam while they were living in Egypt. When they were caught and questioned, these hard-core muzzies said "it was their duty to kill him" to preserve the honor of Allah!" They (three of them) got jail sentences of three years each! So much for Muzzie Justice. Killing a Christian or non-Muslim is a minor offense there even in relatively peaceful times.

KLM used their influence with the Egyptian Government and got the family a payment of four or five million dollars to compensate them for the grief and loss. This was on top of his KLM paid life insurance and other benefits that went on for the rest of their lives. (The Egyptian Government probably paid the settlement money out of US Foreign Aid money we were giving Egypt back then!) and that money enabled one of the daughters to go to medical school, and the other became a CPA. They've both been in therapy for many years over what happened to their dad - and will probably never get past it completely. Their mother died about two years after his murder. No cause of death was ever found. She just seemed to have died from a broken heart and the trauma of the loss and shock. The woman was a healthy forty-two at the time of her passing. The horrors these kids have suffered just go on and on thanks to this evil substitute for a "religion".

This is ONE instance of how non-Muslims are treated and looked upon in Egypt's Muslim society. Remember, this man was a Senior Exec with a major airline with all kinds of money and legal assistance at his disposal, plus private security, political connections, police cooperation, etc.

In the end it came out that the Egyptian Government did not want KLM to pull out of Cairo for obvious financial reasons. I'm told that KLM and British Air BOTH threatened to stop flying into Egypt at all, and that threat was the leverage that finally resulted in the payment to the family as compensation for his death - finally. The Egyptian Government did not do so out of kindness or regret. Just out of enlightened self-interest! Bastards that they are.

Just one small bit of insight into just how dangerous these Muslim Nations really can be to western workers, and to their ex-pats working in those countries who are not part of Islamic worship and faith, and who refuse to "Convert" to those horrible excuses for a religion

Poor good people of Egypt are realizing they have lost their freedom and country to a radical lying despot. verysad

Egypt and America are alike in many ways.

Both are ruled over by TPTB.

Both have puppet dictators. (Working Together)

Both have a cult of brainwashed followers and sheep ready to do anything for their masters.

Both were once great empires, now going to ruins.

Both have failing economies.

Both have the same people that wrecked the economy promising they’ll fix it this time.

Both have radicals trying to bend and corrupt the laws of the land.

Both have a dysfunctional government.

As long as Egypt is opposed to oppression and puppet dictators… there will be those here in America that will support you, Egypt. The enemy is working together against us.

Egypt is the last place in the middle east that can make a stand against the evil that has swept over the world. It has moved from Libya, to Syria, Mali, and now other countries in Northern Africa.

Egypt is next… They are sending in money, tanks, fighter jets, and all the weapons they need to kill innocent Egyptians and anyone else that steps in the way.

After Egypt is overthrown — and tptb have their puppet fascists set-up throughout the middle east — America is next.

Staging our weaponry? Do you mean like what was done by running guns and weapons in Fast & Furious, and a whole bunch of innocent people were killed? Or when all of the guns and weapons were run through Libya and Syria, and all of the innocent people were killed?

Yeah, because we all feel so safe with Tptb & Obama handing over F-16s, tanks, and money to Morsi and the fascists?

Why would all of this money, and weapons of war, be given over to the enemy in Egypt? It is not for "staging" or peaceful purposes, that is for sure.

The weapons were meant to kill... and that is the purpose.

NSF are the National Salavation Front - made up of Amr Moussa, El Baradei and Sabbahi. Finally, after rejecting numerous calls for dialogue, they have all agreed to call a political truce and engage in Dialogue. Morsi has given the governors of 3 Canal cities the power to amend or cancel the curfew, further he has agreed to form a committee to review articles of the Constitution for Amendments, which he invited the NSF to choose 4 of their own members, and so on and so on....finally today the NSF agreed there's urgent need for dialogue. So it will be solved.
Who is attacking the police? Black Bloc and other kids, with birdshots, fireworks and molotovs. Of course in any other country you would get arrested for doing that, so why should it be different here. Many police and soldiers got wounded, even killed. The chaos and violence came just from some, which had to be contained and it will calm down now.

What a shit thread about what's going on - and an Egyptian posting he doesn't give a shit about Egypt? Can't be an Egyptian then.

Anyways....all of you have no clue what you're talking about - nor what is going on, you're WAAAAYYYYY behind. All this will be solved asap - as the NSF FINALLY realized they need to engage in Dialogue and Morsi is coming towards with many things, for example, Emergency status to be lifted etc... Non of you understand what was the whole political issue behind this and what the people here really feel, on ALL sides, there's more than 2.

Now have a good day - and you will see once again, Egyptians are peaceful people and we will solve any difficult problems!

NSF eh? who are they? Over here all I really see is 'another day of riots'. Who are the clashes between? Who's attacking the police?

Violence flares in Cairo as thousands protest Morsi regime throughout Egypt!

Protests turn violent in key Egyptian cities again on Friday, as thousands take to the streets to demand the end of Morsi’s government. Petrol bomb-throwing protesters clash with the police in front of the presidential palace in Cairo.

Protesters threw Molotov cocktails and stones at the British Embassy in Cairo and clashed with the security guards, Al-Arabiya reported.

Cairo footage also showed angry crowds pushed back from the presidential palace by the police.

Egypt’s presidential office has called political factions to withdraw from outside the president’s palace, Al-Arabiya said. Egyptian PM Hesham Qandil has also urged all political parties to condemn violent protesters.
