Oh god they aint outlawing coffee are they ,i can do without anything else bar coffee ,take my house ,take my money,take my fiancee ,take everything but don't take my coffee.

Probably has something to do with the AR conversions, the affordability of the ammo, and so many first time gun owners entering the market. For those that have never fired a weapon, it's probably less intimidating.

Still plenty of 30-30 left.

This is exactly how I thought the government would get around the "gun control" fight: just make ammo impossiblle to get. Then "gun control" simply becomes a moot point.

We have a Wal-Mart super center opening here on Friday, one of the workers told me that the shelves are fully stocked there.

I'm thinking about growing my own. I live in Sunny Florida, I garden 12 months out of the year

If your first thought to find ammo is Wally World or Bass Pro, Dicks, Cabelas, etc. then you have no idea how to survive. There are so many other "places".

I have piles of .22lr and 7.62 x 39 as well as 12 gauge. .223 is all I was short on and have ordered enough for now.

But these laws are just making us good folks MAKE SURE we now have enough.

exactly I love to hear that the .22lr is a step above a pellet, a 22lr is very very lethal. The bullet moves once inside of the tissue.

Exactly and .22lr Hollow point wounds are "Nasty" for emergency personel to do anything with, but I wont let them make it that far ...lol

Good thing to do when the shtf ,nothing quite like blackmarket coffee.i bought my supply for the month today ,ya never know what'll happen might buy more tomorrow

This is an almost perfect parallel of the lead up to the French Revolution.

People then feared a backlash by the Government, and so they then stormed the Bastille adn France sank into total lawlessness and mass killings, rape and mass destruction of property.


The big thing is not that the Governemtn is considering gun control. It is that the American Republic is so creaking with debt, drugs, poverty and homelesness, that people feel so extremely threatened and fearful of the future.

I just watched a ton of .223 and 40 sw come into my local Walmart.

Also, they limit purchases to 3 boxes so some jackass doesn't clean them out.

I picked up my 3 boxes of .223 and a box of .40.

Once the hoarders figure they have enough ammo and most stores have measures to prevent hoarding - the shortage will blow over.
