A wave of emotions have just washed over me and it's very disturbing. My head feels like there's pressure building and I'm getting massive anxiety attacks. This rarely happens to me but I've just been getting random emotions at least once a week.

Anyone else having this feeling or is it just me?

Everyone has this feeling at one time or another. Many more lately though.

Here are lots of good remedies for anxiety: take a run around the block, take a walk in nature, take a hot bath with bubbles, watch some hilarious comedies, have some hot tea or a glass of wine. Watch candles burn. Pet a furry animal friend or play with children. Any of those things are sure to relieve some anxiety.

If those don't work, start some meditation and self inquiry. You can truly only start dissolving anxiety by examining what is in you. Meditation and self inquiry will start to peel apart the layers and reveal what is really you, which is total freedom. :)
