Why do Jehovah's Witnesses keep preaching even though they know most will not llisten?

I have a question .. About their religion .. ?

Because the 1 in 1,000 makes it worth it, they may be looking for (accurate) knowledge rather than dispersing it.

They quit coming to my place after I asked them about the Christmas celebration and their reluctance to celebrate it. They believe Jesus was born in mid-Sept (which I don't disagree with) but they also believe that life begins at conception (in God's eye and I can also agree with that) so counting back 9 months puts you in the ballpark of Dec.25 so the celebration is warranted to a certain extend but not for the reason Christians do it.

The Jehovah's are good & faithful witnesses....besides...If the postal service ever goes defunct..They could deliver the mail...!

Same reason that people keep fishing even though they are not getting any bites!

Their organization is facing a crisis that goes to its very existence.

The door to door work is grossly ineffective and millions of dollars of magazines/literature ends up in landfills, year after year.

There are also a bunch of legal problems hitting them in regard to covering up child sexual abuse.

Currently, they seem to be liquidating assets. Makes you wonder why

I think it is because they can no:Smiley:t breed,and the only way to increase the numbers in thier church may be to snatch people from thier homes --LOL

Because they get off on walking all the way down my private driveway and either interrupt dinner or a much needed nap.
