This has all been planned! Why do you think that the Feds have been so intent on militarising local law enforcements? They have been playing both sides of the equation as they always do!
Quoting: Ozicell "Do as we wish or we'll cut your funding. Say goodbye to all those nice toys..." You can't get a better scenario, the people's money being withheld from them..."we'll stop your "FUNDING" if you don't go along "... all the while the sheep baa. If the people keep their monies and fund themselves why would one need an overpowering gubermnt to dictate your day?
