With all the people on GLP who are very knowledgable about HAARP and how it works - is there some way to triangulate their up-link of power and from that angle that it's going up at, to use that info to establish the earthly target zone when the energy comes back down? I remember reading that the modulation of the beam determined what it does, but the specific angle used to bounce it "up" determines what or where it is targeted to on earth when it comes back down (amplified and tightened to a beam a few meters in width if I read the info correctly.)

Seems there should be some way for radio observers to figure out the angle of upload and triangulate the target area.

The article I read about HAARP indicated that different portions of the 'array' of antennas were activated at different times to control the targeting of the thing. Sort of makes sense. Damn, there are times I wish I'd gone to MIT rather than Med School. My general knowledge about things like HAARP is far too thin considering the potential effect for good an evil this "system" can have on all of mankind! To think that the control of it is in the hands of a few government bureaucrats most of the time, and when it's being used for weaponized weather control it is then controlled by the US Military - frightening indeed. What makes us think either group can be trusted? Even slightly?

We have had one other time, shorter during, November 16, that had not massive quake with it. So I don't know. Only other time this has happened since Japan and no examples I found when I compared to massive quakes like china and chili before Japan.
