No, if god created us we are just his little toys and he has left us on the side of the road. we were created.. our life is meaningless.. we are just used up forgotten toys.

a mother gives birth to a baby, mother leaves hospital and leaves baby on the side of the road or in a garbage bin. baby waits for mother to come back... 20 years later if the baby is somehow still alive it will still be wondering where her creator is... we are the baby, the garbage bin is Earth i guess. and god is the mother that left us on the side of the road...
