For some reason my stomach reacts to spices like cumin, cloves, tumeric, and others. I get stomach cramps and/or acid reflux with them.
Anyone know what to do about this so that I can take these wonderful healers?

Lol, for all that I have been willing to do, including a battery of high colonics, that's not going to make the cut.'
It's been quite a number of years since I've done any detoxes or antibiotics...and, anyway, I've had a touchy stomach for as long as I can remember.
I have started eating a lot more organic plain yogurt recently, so maybe that will eventually help with the issue.
Thanks for the links to read!
I usually mix them with an oil like flax or olive oil, or even oil from ranch dressing or mayonnaise or whatever, and have vitamin c, usually from tomatoes or juice of some kind. I think the vitamin c helps break down the spice and the oil helps the body with absorbtion. That is only a guess of how it works, but it does definately work for me. I haven't tried black cumin.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 37348205 Well, thanks for sharing your experience. I'll have to see if maybe this will work for me.
Not only do I want to take them for health reasons, but I also like the taste of them.
For both of you, thank you for your time...
