if a group of people were outside my place of business causing trouble, yelling, loitering, obstructing entry for my customers, then i have a right to put a stop to it. plain and simple. whether its with security personnel or the po-po
Quoting: Salt you do not have the right to assualt someone, unless you are defending yourself. my only point is the security officer did not diffuse the situation and instead agitated it. you are more than a little confused, or completely deluded. not sure which you are getting to caught up in your bias against the people, their appearance and choice of language. seperate all that out and ask, was the security officer not taking advantage of a situation for his video camera? did he not post it to the site, known for that kind of footage? or was he concerned with diffusing the situation for the protection of the store and the customers? the answer is clear.
