Lets assume it hit, well with it's size it would probably be like meteor crater in arizona. [ link to en.wikipedia.org] Been there it was awesome. 1 mile wide crater. 10 megaton explosion. But overall, not a global killer, maybe it could take out a city. I wonder, and probably assume an ocean impact would be worse, tidal waves and such. T as in Tsunami. This thing is MUCH smaller than what we assume took out the dinosaurs. So again I point you to Meteor Crater, it was presumed to be a 50 meter iron-nickel meteor, sounds very similar to what's coming by February 15th.
