Would there be any moral or legal authority to such things happening?

Let's say with the wave of a hand you created something like a duplicate car or truck...made a complete and scientific duplicate...all parts and functions directly the same as the original.

Would anyone be able to seize you or anything? Of course said plates wouldn't be yours unless the car was originally yours but lets expound on this.
