They are...Army says, "multi-agency training exercise" at old Carnegie High School in Houston yeah my 6 year old sister had a practice lockdown drill a few weeks ago it was a very touchy subject... teacher had to notify parents ahead of time in case it'd be too much for the student. her school is i guess similar to sandy hook they have a bathroom in her class, so they went in there, locked it and just spoke very quietly for a few moments. apparently no children were scared... also had a police man go around to the different classrooms... strange though in the letter the teacher gave she mentioned the kids requested that they do it again with the lights off.. i thought that was a little weird, i highly doubt enough of the kids would want to go in the dark like that especially since i know a lot of them are wusses like my sister. i went to visit her that same day during recess and it was freaky her teacher had a pair of pajamas with owls all over them!! freaked me out! |

By training in American cities, the armed forces can realize maneuvers and special considerations that are needed to control urban infrastructure in the case of civil disturbance and insurrection. Having foreknowledge of the people living in the specified cities that are marked for control assist in the “critical operational success” of not only “knowing the enemy” but also the ability to retain a level of concealment and surprise. They are...Army says, "multi-agency training exercise" at old Carnegie High School in Houston I'm curious...these "exercises" may or may not be using live fire. If they are using live fire is it FMJ or JHP? FMJ is required by Geneva convention and it is what our military uses. If these exercises were truly training for overseas deployment they would be using FMJ. JHP (What DHS has ordered over a billion rounds of) have more knock down power and are less likely to go through walls or other people as long as you hit your intended target first. They expend most of their energy on initial impact. LEO use JHP for this reason. |

That is clear for this simple reason..."RESPONSE TIME!!" Almost every police department has what is called "active rescue." that is their response to an active shooter. the one thing that we have all learned from all these shooting is you cannot wait for SWAT to get the call, respond, assemble, coordinate, move into place, and then act. Active rescue is the first 4-5 officers on scene enter together as a "contact squad" to "stop the threat." the next 4-5 officers enter as a "rescue squad" but they act as a contact squad. the immediate threat is the shooter, you find them (single or multiple shooters) and stop them. now if PDs are not waiting for SWAT to respond, what makes you think they then would wait for military? seriously? you cannot stop A.S. scenarios, but you can mitigate them. How? response time. you stop the threat asap. starting looking into Anti-T. techniques. Anti-T is not Counter-T. MSHARPP or CARVER threat assessment matrix. We never laid our weapons down like that when I trained in the military. If they weren't on our person we would lean 3 rifles together (like a teepee) so they weren't laying on the ground. I find it really odd the Houston PD supposedly knew what was going on but the fire department didn't? At the very end of the clip they mention that an ambulance was dispatched until HPD contacted dispatch and advised it was a training exercise. |
