So you want to keep inhaling carbonmonoxide of 20 year ago's levels ? all that coal and car egshaust smokes...
Even if there is no global warming, its still a concern, look at China, they are wearing masks because of the pollution.
If such necessary steps were not taken before, you should've wearing a gas mask now.
