Cigerettes
Estrodial
celexa
meat
aspertame
lost 30 pounds


I am still taking my two blood pressure pills every other day,

atenolol
lisinopril

I take trazadone at night. I have tried to get off of trazadone but I am not ready yet, it made me feel werid.
Is trazadone bad?

I went from taking 8 tramodol down to 5 or six a day in the last two months and Ibuprophen for my arthritis and pain.

Walking trying to raise my endurance,
I might be a grouch at times, but since I got off of these my HigherSelf revealed to me that God would rest his presence in my temple, So there is some major changes going on in my life, I still live in a high stress enviornment though.

So just thought I would put my good news out there.

Progress and inner work does bring inner blessings with a person and their Creator. Preparing a home thats what it is... I have many other things to share but this is one of them.
