The videographer does not show anything for long or close up, which certainly does not help us, and might have been on purpose, but I noticed all the men are quite tall and meaty, and that is not accounting for bloat. Also so white? I realize they have lost blood, but it is odd.

Yeah, you go limp and extremely heavy, sometimes muscles can lock and spasm but not completely solid like this. Gravity would win eventually; if we are led to believe they have lay there long enough to be completely void of skin tone and suffer tissue degredation, then I'd be inclined to believe gravity would of won by now.

It appears to there was more/deeper water and they were probably floating after being killed. That may explain the odd poses. Some were also pulled out of the stream of water and laid on the bank.
