everything is exactly the same.. what changed is nothing

The poster was stating, "nothing changed, everything is the same"....but just the mere passage of time between his original thought to post that "thought of nothing changing" and my reply is indeed a change.....a few minutes perhaps. But the point is things, us, life is dynamic, everything is in motion...even the things that are at rest. is that so?
