Advise Please? Juicyness..Ensues...subpoena

Has anyone had to subpoena their phone records?
I need my old land-line and cell phone records. Both have been bought-up by At&t. Their web address is att(.)com(/)subpoena

Other than that I cannot seem to get very far. It seems I must be or have an Attorney to get them. I need to know if the subpoenaed logs will have in coming and out going numbers included in them. That is to say, the phone numbers dialed and that dialed my phone number.

I have called some attorneys in attempts to get them, but the ones I am willing to put good-faith in are on the other-side of the state. They seem to think it would better serve me to find one here to save money, but here is way to corrupt. This is Seemingly dealing with Civil Rights Violation, Conspiracy, Defamation, Liable, Slander, and much worst.

When I call the att customer numbers they say they can recover them and give me the number. When calling that number I hit a dead end of sorts.
