The owner of the falcons is pushing the city of Atlanta and the state to help fund his new stadium that he wants. There is not a damn thing wrong with the Georgia Dome. The plan is to tear down the Ga. Dome??? Why, the Ga. Dome is nicer than 80% or more of the stadiums out there. The owner wants a new stadium on par with the Dallas Cowboys stadium, he is in some sort of competition with Jerry Jones. I say see ya! Move to LA for all I care. I'm tired of paying for all these useless stadiums that generate nothing for the taxpayers that end up having to pay for them. The myth is that these teams generate some sort of revenue for these cities which in truth is negligible. |
