No, members of this species breed all over. You can find them going at it in alleys, and behind dumpsters in every major city in the USA, not to mention Hati, and all of those other islands down there.

Nothing special about Texas in that regard.

Although Texas does have this cute little creature called an Armordillo that is unique to the area. They are cute and never Con old ladies into letting them into their homes to cut their fingers off and bludgeon them to death with candlesticks.

Texas is a nice place.
