ASSUMING ITS A SPIRITUAL BEING , WOULD IT BE CONTROLLED BY A SINGLE PERSON?

my theory is more like, the nobody is what people call god. god is not controlled by any human, it is the other way round, god determines human lives.

perhaps, god lets the devil rule over the world for a certain amount of time by giving a host-body to the nobody (in this theory, the devil).
