go to 1:45 on this video. There is a heavy set man in a blue sweatshirt and jeans near the ambulance.
Who is he yelling at and pointing at as if in an argument?

Odd how at about 4:38 in the 10 min. video, they show an ambulance travelling up the road, and then quickly pan out from it. Wouldn't that be something they'd focus on? They do the same thing at about 8:04. The ambulance starts to move up the road, and instead of following it up the road a bit, they quickly pan to the left and focus on something else.
