Ok here's something nobody has mentioned but I don't get. Emilie's birthday is October 18, 2006. She was in first grade. I don't think so!!!  If your birthday falls after school starts, even a day. You have to wait until the next year for kindergarten. There is a report that emilie was in kindergarten the year before in I think UT. She would have only been 4 when the school year started. And turned 5 in Oct. That is not aloud. She would have waited a year to start kindergarten and that means she would be in kindergarten this year an would not have been shot. Anyone care to explain that one. I haven't checked the other kids dates I birth, but I'm sure there are more that fall into this category.
