Theory: How could I build a Society based upon Alice in Wonderland?

I need your input. I can think of several ways that I could theoretically build a society based upon Alice in Wonderland.

If I could control the media and entertainment industries I could promote my Alice in Wonderland propaganda and training program. I could only use songs from song writers that in some way could tie back into themes from Alice in Wonderland. I could employ screenplay writers who would only writes about similar themes as Alice in Wonderland. I could continue the storyline of Alice in Wonderland and simply make variations on a theme. Given enough time, enough training and enough promotion, the subjects of my society would begin to think in Alice in Wonderland types of ways. When they began thinking according to these mental pathways, they would begin acting in like manner. And when they began acting in like manner, my Alice in Wonderland society would start coming into physical and societal materialization.
