Yep.

the moral consequence of eating living things doesn't matter. it's the weakest link of the argument and that's why meat eaters love to attack it. you should not waste your energy with all this sentimentalism toward animals. animals have their own purpose and path in the bigger scheme of things.

most animal lovers I've known were hypocrites. in fact it's nearly impossible to live in civilized society and not be an hypocrite.

Fact is that meat is a heavier vibration source of energy, and he who eats from it will be of a lower vibration, thus full of sickness, confusion, hate, and everything else that comes from living surrounded and infected by death.

the prime issue here is your health and well-being, not morality.

while plants are a much better source, even they may not be an appropriate source depending of your level of vibration. there are even higher levels to seek: raw foodism, fruitarianism, liquidarianism and breatharianism.. and then there are also intermediary levels that cannot be labelled properly, as the person is eating a select mix of foods that is proper for their vibrational level, which is my case.

I only eat 3 or 4 food types that have insignificant effects on my vibration (but they don't help either, because actually all food lowers your vibration).

Plants are living STRUCTURES that grow out from the earth. Technically it's not the plant itself that is alive -- it's the earth, the "body" of the planet. The planet is alive.

Therefore, to eat plants is to be closer to the earth and the sun, the original sources of all life. To eat animals is to be farther away from the source of life and consequently closer to death.

It's about the level of vibration of the source that you're partaking from, because you are inheriting that particular level of energy as your own. Plants are a good choice IMO, yet there are even better choices. And then there are also intermediary choices that don't need to fit any "ism" denomination (e.g., veganism).

You are in trouble OP, plants are intelligent fellow beings that can even make music and communicate with you. So NOW what will you eat?

Depends on how serious you are about ascending. First of all, you need to know how and much deception revolves around this issue. Ascension is not possible until you overcome all attachment to the physical world and that includes eating food. It takes time to slowly remove the addiction to human food. I have been doing regular spiritual fasting since 2010 and only now can live easily and comfortably on four litres per day of milk. I prefer milk with no cholesterol and I add grape seed oil, which is a good source of Omega-3 plant sterols and vitamin E. Also I take chewable Vitamin C. After all, when we came into this world we drank milk only for a time and on our way out we do the same. I have been reciting a powerful invocation to connect with The Light not of this world since 2005 to elevate my Light Frequency. To ascend the key is FREQUENCY but you must connect with The Light Higher Than Energy because you cannot ascend energy with energy. You must connect with what is higher than energy. I experience sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming as well as other crazy type of things on a nightly basis. I have been experiencing this for about the last 8 years. I am a really skinny dude 6'1 145lbs. A few years ago I was fed up about my weight and I decided it was time to try to gain a few pounds so I decided to eat everything in sight and most of that included meats. I did this for about a year and was able to up my weight to 195lbs.

To make a long story short during that time I was bulking up I did not experience any lucid dreams or sleep paralysis or any crazy paranormal experiences and I slept like a baby. When I stopped eating meats these experiences started to return and my weight returned back to 145lbs.

Robbing our body of nutrients gives us a glimpse of the other side but I much rather live a normal healthy life. We will all experience ascension after 80-90 years or so. In the meantime why not eat alot and live a good life? I wish I could eat healthy again but I don't have the proper funds to do so. Maybe I should apply for food stamps?
