I'd say arbitration annulled trial by jury (Civil) in favor of corporations. Also, "free" elections...good one.

Still, we are missing the simplest point. The government is telling us we don't have the right-the right to replace them when they screw us and our inalienable rights.

Yet, the dirty "elected" ones can censure or impeach their own for "high crimes and misdemeanors". Try that one for a laugh.

Our country was founded on ordinary people taking up arms against the tyranny of the government which was over it at the time.
But Lord, he stinketh!

Firstly, the only 'FREE' elections available to the populace are state and local elections. They're are identified as 'Direct Elections'. And they are not free of manipulative corruption.

And secondly, NDAA. Enough said.

As long as the government continues to follow their own rules instead of the actual laws of our country, they take the risk of law abiding citizens getting sick of their shit and resisting. They're not above the laws and its time they realize that WE THE PEOPLE are supposed to give them their power, not the other way around.

and i quote: "And that the said Constitution be never construed to authorize Congress to infringe the just liberty of the press, or the rights of conscience; or to prevent the people of the United States, who are peaceable citizens, from keeping their own arms;

read it and weep

congress has no power, the supreme court has no power, the constitution is notice to the government of their limitations, they have no power to "interpret it"
that would be like asking a criminal to sentence himself.

The best way to defeat the State is to withdraw consent and stop participating.

Statism is a dangerous mental illness that is ultimately self destructive.

The REAL part left out by ALL, so far IS .... We DON'T have a Constitutional Government; we HAVE a Corporation 'Called' The United States of America . It IS NOT the original one called the united states of America.

SEE the difference in the spelling, fools ???

This fake, is located in the 10 square miles of Washington, D.C.
