Dennis v. United States, 341 U.S. 494, 71 S. Ct. 857, 95 L. Ed. 1137 (1951) "As long as the government provides for free elections and trials by jury, private citizens have no right to take up arms against the government." US Supreme Court [ link to legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com] So because we are allowed to vote in fixed/rigged elections, we are stuck with it?
