It has been full of FBI SWAT BOMB SQUAD -they are not releasing many details. I feel this man was so far confused and off; Its sad that he apparently held a neighbor at gun point prior to Christmas; for believing he drove in his yard ? He should of had a psych evaluation then; and been given help.
