Have the parents ever come out to plea to this alleged person to return their son?
I don't think I've seen hide nor hair of them or even a name.

For one thing, if the alleged guy is not on good terms with his neighbor, it doesn't stand to reason he'd be giving him the grand tour of his 'bunker'.

There is a lot of fishy things(as usual) going on with this situation..
Hopefully, it is just a "drill" that they are pretending is real, even though we know why they are doing it and it pisses me off, I do not care, in this case..as long as the boy is safe or there was no boy to begin with..
because it also gets to a point where you have to wonder..what kind of military/police, etc do we have that cannot rescue a little boy from a bunker in 5 days, ya know?..and how long are they going to let this go on?
we have drones that can kill people, spychips everywhere watching everything we do, technology that knows every little detail about everything, we got osama(cough cough) and we cannot rescue a 5 yr old boy from 1 man in a bunker..ffs..this is total bs!I totally agree. This seems to be just another version in a long line of shooter stories we've been treated to almost every day. They want them to last for several days.
This is good for the media, who let's face it, nobody watches the news unless there is something "big" going on.

transferred to the viewer. The marriage of media and LE
seems pretty well hand in glove now to suit both their purposes and intentions.
Alabama is one of the states most strongly steeped in
gunowner's rights, and this angle seems to want to particularly demonize the "prepper" that has gone mainstream now.
Yet, you never hear it in relation to Mormon's who are probably better prepped than anybody.
And we had one of those run for President.
I guess it's all about perceptions.

There's no "bunker" other than the animated mock-up shown
gratuitiously on TV.
