Did anybody else hear a reporter say they expected the standoff to last 8 days? Struck me odd that anyone would say they didn't expect the situation to resolve for 8 days.  According to neighbors that is the longest that he has stayed down there by himself. What they need to do is let a "reporter"...cough....swat guy in a suit..go in there and put a taser in the microphone and stun the guy. I am not sure why they dont throw some sleeping gas into the ventilation shaft while he is sleeping. How the heck would a neighbor know how long he's been in a bunker? Oh yeah, the neighbor who he doesn't get along with allegedly is telling us this story. And why would he take this neighbor who he claims to have had a confrontation with down and give him the grand tour so that CNN can draw for the folks at home a nice animated sketch? There is no bunker. There is no neighbor. There is no kid. This is just a media storyline given to them by LE. HLS or some government body. You make some good, and valid points there. Maybe you're right. I certainly hope so. That would mean the little boy is not trapped.
