Re: Does the failure of religion contribute to the theory of evolution?
I have always thought that, as unbelievers will search for answers to prove how mankind came about.

Unbeliever specifically means you do not believe or know about The Christ Who Is God Who veils Himself in His Omnipotence, He has never ever been three separate individuals as erroneously taught in the Trinity Doctrine although He is a mighty triune God.

The revelation of Who Jesus Is changes everything the way you see, and His holy prophets provide knowledge that clears up these things that go with faith and belief, resulting in peace of mind and your soul rests in that peace. Old bones become an insignificant thing.

See Phillip Tobias, the most wonderful human being you would ever find and he researched and studied bones etc. in the world of evolution.

He died last year and is greatly loved and highly honoured and appreciated. I think he is a Jew.

I am convinced he met The Great Creator on the other side, the Person he was dedicated to trying to figure Him out in his whole career.

He was a great inspiration to all and has left a wonderful legacy.

I am not worried too much about bones, God creates and recreates, it is His business for accurate reasons I will never understand even if I were blessed with all the knowledge like this great and wonderful human being Phillip Tobias.

one would have to say yes ....as the 4 religious systems (government, education, money and religion) that push the world forward wither away ....this is similar to the falling away of... say the dinos....but the world system does not.....then a new heaven and a new earth .....no different ....only the perspective that we are it ....this will change in the twinkling of the I ....

Genesis 1 doesn't discount adaptation, it does say that 3 forms of life developed independently of each other for air, sea and land creatures. That being said the 'seeds' for that life would seem to come from the 4 beasts that are around the Throne in Re:4 and 5.

Darwin's theory has all 3 developing by inter-changing creatures between all 3 forms of life and that has no actual proof.

when it is understood that everything written is but a parable written by men of the parable seen before their eyes ...the awakened ones blink .....and in the twinkling of the I ....the reality of those things seen disappears ..for they are just a parable .....a confused thought ......to be seen and understood for the seed contained .....

and all things are made new .....no more produced after kind as the way of the world ...

No.
I think the blind belief in a religion contributes 100% to the denial of evolution though.

when we understand that blind belief in religion is the same as the blind belief in the theory of evolution... then we can move from the war that these 2 beliefs maintain ......

then the healing of the eye/I can begin .......

blind belief comes from that which men think they see ....be it bones uncovered in the earth or words/bones uncovered in a book .....

by what men think they see (in thru their eyes) they re-act ...to re-plenish the earth (with bones) ....

by what men think in their heart they produce and transmit out their the eye which is single ....and the bones are clothed in this the flesh of she who is TRUTH ....of which i am the way and the life .....

Both paradigms are false...

Evolution and the religious paradigms work together to keep people in the dark...

Don't believe in religion, then here is the theory of evolution...

Don't believe in evolution, then here is the religious theory...

Or to hell with it, I am going with science...

No matter what it is, they are paradigms designed to confuse and keep you bound...

Now, of course we have the rise of new age, which is a blending of all paradigms...

Simply tools of control to keep you confused, until you expire, and on the astral with no clue...

Where again, further manipulation will occur...

"Be on the watch for the false prophets that come to you in sheep's covering, but inside they are ravenous wolves. By their fruits you will recognize them....

"Not everyone saying to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will. Many will say to me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and expel demons in your name and perform many powerful works in your name?" And yet then I will confess to them: I never knew you! Get away from me, you workers of lawlessness"- Matthew 7: 15, 21-23

Wut.

It is scientific evidence that contributes to scientific theories.

If you mean did the TOE contribute the failure of religion?
Prolly.
Modern science eliminated a lot of the arguments from ignorance used to justify it.
It is mostly the freedoms that the Enlightenment revolutions brought that are slowly killing of organised religion, though.

False religion, it's conduct, it's man made teachings and it's fleecing of it's flock's has done much to turn people away from the Bible. Because a religion claims to worship God does not mean it has God's approval.

No where in the Bible does God encourage blind faith, rather it teaches the opposite:

"This is fine and acceptable in the sight of our Savior, God, whose will is that all sorts of men should be saved and come to AN ACCURATE KNOWLEDGE OF TRUTH"- 1 Timothy 2:4
