FEMA pic is like 4 years old,,he put on some weight since then..hard to ignore the fact it says Eugene Rosen on that website

what's on his ear? and if you look at th gene fro the fema photo, you look at his ear, it's creased. Look at a photo of gene through google or whatever, no crease. Not him. But looks like him from the side.
