There is one thing that I find curious. If you watch most of the interviews with Newton's Mr. Rosen, he is wearing a poofy jacket. On his left wrist (where the tattoo would be if he were also FEMA's Mr. Rosen) the jacket is turned inside out, extending well past his wrist. This is in every shot and seems almost purposeful. If you observe Newton's Mr. Rosen's right wrist you can clearly see that his jacket has a velcro strap that he has secured in a normal fashion. I haven't found a shot of Newton's Mr. Rosen's left wrist.

Nevermind the strap. I was watching low-resolution. Oh well.

I think it would make perfect sense for Gene Rosen to be involved with FEMA (with dual or multiple identites) because it is basically the original Homeland Security and all these shooter drills are funded by DHS and/or FEMA. His wife appears to be heavily involved in DHS/FEMA too. I think she is an official in Connecticut schools but also involved with hiring the teachers, actors, and principal Hocksprung. So she working wiis th Rosen who's the CEO of local cable system or some part of it and they are both conduits for this operation. The Rosens, the corrupt town, the police, the large amount of zionists and freemasonry and satanists and occultist in power in this town and area and the corruption in the whole state including the Governor and state police made it the perfect place for this operation, where the select feds could anything they want, which is all about gun confiscation. the Homeland Security and FEMA apparatus is so secretive and corrupt that they can give anyone any identity they want short term or long and it can complately compartmentalized where only a few corrupt officials and supervivors will know anything about the identity. And it allows them to give multiple salaries to people willing to commit all kinds of fraud and/or mass murder or whatever for them. Rosen and his wife both likely collect multiple paychecks for doing all kinds of unAmerican scams to help the zionists/globalists who run Homeland Security take our rights away. And they could be collecting paychecks and fraudulant non-profit groups etc. And whatever Rosen and wife are involved in Jennifer Sexton(Laura Phelps) and her husband are involved in even more government fraud/actoring scams. And Tony Greenberg is involved in more scams it looks like than anyone. But who knows what other fake actors are out there playing multiple roles to take our rights away.

I have seen a front comparison and Rosen and his FEMA twinand they do look just as much alike from the front as the side. Also I meant to comment that ears are supposed to be very easy to alter especially from the bottom. But when you watch movies I've seen giant ears attached or vulcan or elf ears or just realistic ears that stick out a lot. And they all look life-like. You can watch video too where a little eye makeup or something you pop inside the nose or mouth changes someone's looks completely. And don't forget color contacts. I have noticed Laura Phelps/Sexton and some occupy actresses trim their eyebrows to different shapes and it changes their looks a lot. Italian, Latin and Jewish woman and others with thick eyebrows can make a wide range of shapes with their eyebrows to change their looks. Plus they can just paint (with makeup) on any shaped eyebrow on any woman. I think some of the men just trim the size shorter of their and/or dye their eyebrows to help change their identity. And men have a lot more to work with by growing a beard and mustache, and sideburns, and dying it and they can use hair pieces.

They also have the same pigmented lentigo spots on the left cheek and back of left hand. And the watch. 99,9% positive match.

The hands look different. The TSA guy has bigger hands IMHO.

There's enough footage and still photography of Sandy Hook Gene out and about that somewhere there must be a high res photo of his left wrist. And, if there isn't, then that is suspicious too.
