Right. Come take a look at San Francisco. Cranes and construction every where. Bidding wars for apartments and condos, bidding wars for high tech employees. Unemployment rate a little over 6%, 0% for anyone with any sort of marketable skill.
Problem for San Francisco isn't lack of money. Its too much money, making it difficult to afford even with a high paying easily obtainable job.
