Army to use old jail in Galveston , TEXAS for MORE Training exercises today / WEDNESDAY 1/30/2013

Interesting how the military is practicing urban warfare all over the country.

I wonder who they're planning on fighting.........

I will be there, observing.........

Should we expect some sort of tragedy in Galveston or a surrounding town today? I say that only because before every major man made tragedy, there seems to be a training exercise at the same time nearby.

Samantha, I'm not sure but I will be there watching and taking notes.

Primarily in coastal cities. 1 if by land, 2 if by sea.

Anyone else able to be on the scene to observe this training?

GALVESTON, TX (KTRK) -- If you hear a lot of loud noises in Galveston tonight, it's probably part of a military training exercise.

According to the Galveston County Daily News, the Army is using the old jail on 17th Street for a night drill in urban warfare.

Residents on the East End may see military personnel and a helicopter, and possibly hear gunfire and explosions. The Army unit is from Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

I didn't see what time this training exercise is kicking off. Did the news stations say?

The news report just said tonight.....it's very windy on the island at present, I would imagine they will let it die down before they begin operations.

Be it that im only 20 miles from both this "drill" and mondays school "drill".....

If they had a drill on the Island it was not where it was supposed to take place according to the news reports..........Ruse/Psyop?
