I agree! No way this was some random shooting IMO.

I read the story last night someplace.
She was an honor student.She had no gang ties.Top of her class in grades.
Very good upstanding kid.It was a random drive by shooting among a group of teens at the park.One kid was shot in the leg and she was hit in the back.
They started running and she collapsed.None of the kids knew how many or how bad any had been hurt at the time.
