Decalcifying pineal gland maybe? Releasing hormones?

As i started to get into meditating a while back i have noticed popping sounds coming from my brain and always thought it was just the pineal decalcifying? and it always felt like a weights been lifted off me and i get a boost of clarity every time it occured.

Did you feel the same?
