If the parents and/or children do not agree, they can find a

My Mother who died in 2008 at 70 went to an expensive private all girls school, one of the oldest in the country. She told me they took naked photos of the girls and said they were to check their posture.

Might be nothing, but who knows what they can do with hair now. And imagine keeping it on file to frame you with a crime later in life?

Seriously, I read that Madonna has every where she goes "scrubbed" so none of her DNA is left behind--like dressing rooms.....

Agreed, but the greater issue is not whether the school is public or private, but rather that we have become a people comfortable and accepting of turning our children over to someone else to raise.

Its a Catholoc school, LOL! The guy high up on the pole has a history of turning water to wine. Imagine what he could make of the dried thyme. Or a box or morels. Or a box of powdered sugar. I bet he could transmute your dirty sample too.

Maybe they are collecting dna at the request of the nearby girls school, you understand why they might need that information?

I think some miss the point here. You do not "have to" agree

to this and be tested, searched or anything. If you agree to

attend this school, you then enter a contract with this

school in following the "rules". I for one would never in a

million years send my children there but there are some

fools that will.

^^this^^ I'm sure the parents that are dishing out the $20K a year for their kids education are perfectly fine with this. They put their kids in this school to get them away from the pitiful state of the public school system here in KC. If I was spending that much money on my kid's education, I'd be just fine with the school making sure they are making the most of their education.
