OP here is my impression. No benevolent 'beings' would intrude upon your personal space and free will in this manner (without your consent and against your will). Never allow yourself to feel that these 'voices' are coming from a source of 'authority' and that you should defer to their judgement.

I believe you are honestly communicating what you are experiencing and what you feel is the 'truth' of this experience.

My honest opinion is that the 'voices' could be connected to your own internal cognition. Not that you are consciously (knowingly) creating these voices, but that they could be a manifestation of your subconscious. The human psyche is an incredibly complex enigma that is not well understood and we often times lack the awareness to understand what is transpiring inside an individual. Don't be surprised if your experience with these 'voices' changes as your level of awareness changes too. I think you ultimately possess the ability & the control to make this experience stop - you just haven't figured it out yet (and that's understandable).

What if that was your intuition at work? What if you have intuitive/psychic abilities and there is a part of you that knew in advance this fish was going to take that action. It may have been YOU that knew this was going to transpire, and not these aliens/voices (that is just how your mind interpretted your experience). Have you considered this?

Where do you get these beliefs? How do you know they are true? Are they true because you believe them to be?
