Its best to ignore "them". I hope your not "talking" to them, as I'd have to advise against it. Whatever you do, don't open the door if they come knocking. They'll come with human-looking MIB folks if they think you'll open the door for them. But once they put their mind control stuff on you, its all over.

You won't be able to tell if the knowledge they give is the truth or not. What good do lies ever do for a person? Enhance your abilities for what purpose? To do good or evil? OP, I am not going to elaborate on any of my experiences, but I will say the one thing I am sure of is that they never get angry. They may not like what you are discussing but they never get angry. If you are really having these experiences then they are not benevolent and that IS the TRUTH.
