I am just gobsmacked reading that a parent can purchase a lifetime gun license for a nine year old! Is that really true? Surely you have to be of a certain age to own a gun?
I mean great little kids go through really rough/crazy times as teenagers.
That part just seems outrageous to me? Doesn't it to you OP?
